Current Fundraising and Future Activities
Physical artist residency house: The current estimate is 100,000€
We are currently seeking private donations to convert the beautiful barn that sits next to the studio into a living space to house artists in residence.
Completion of this project will allow us to offer: more flexibility in the timing of residencies, more artist residency spaces each year, the accommodation of groups, the accommodation artist's children should they wish to include them in their residency, and enable us to offer residencies to artists with a wider set of physical abilities (the property is very old so while we have been renovating the studio to be more accessible unfortunately this is not possible with the current residence).

This residence will provide a rare opportunity of residencies that can accommodate artists with children!
This means retrofitting an actual physical building and is therefore a one-time fundraising goal. (everything from rooftop to plumbing)
Open call semi-supported residencies: 1200€ per year.
Patronage per residency is 1200€ and supports half-board costs including access to the studio for 2 artists for 2 weeks.
While the studio is available for rent year round for development or recording projects, we plan to build a half-support (50/50 split cost with the artists) open call for residents who are not part of the annual Fabrica Femina event.
This is an ongoing funding request for patronage that supports artists on an ongoing basis.
We will also happily accept "one-off" donations to support such a residency for 1 artist. However, this is not an offer to "buy in" a specific artist. Once applications are opened eligible artists will be selected by the board.
