"The real performance is life itself"
Marina Abramovic
Fabrica Femina invites you to open the door of an artist's mansion, La Madeleine, and to inhabit the space differently, for a weekend where time is rethought to the rhythm of music.
Conceived by Cleo T. as an artistic gesture in itself, the project is driven by the commitment of women from different parts of the world to imagine new ways of creating, transmitting and being present to oneself, to others and to the world around us.
Fabrica Femina considers residency, conversation, shared meal, listening and performance as different forms of the same collective work.
Each year, this ephemeral assembly opens a temporary, mobile community, which unfolds across Europe throughout the season in cycles of collective performances and artistic salons.
